Seymour Duncan Diamondhead ...

3.290,-

Seymour Duncan Diamondhead Multistage Distortion + Boost pedal Diamondhead is a Multistage Distortion + Boost pedal that captures the tone and feel of a hot-rodded tube amp being pushed by a drive or boost pedal – the guitar sound that defined classic 70s and 80s Metal and Hard Rock. Across genres and generations, the sound of a half stack pushed hard with drive and boost has become a standard for rock tones. No genre or era of players has been more heavily defined by these iconic sounds than the classic metal and hard rock pioneers of the late seventies and eighties. Think Judas Priest, RATT, Def Leppard, Iron Maiden, Ozzy – their combination of tube heads and drive pedals resulted in some of the most iconic guitar tones of all time. Diamondhead captures the power and versatility of that era-defining rig in a package that will find a space on any pedalboard. Whether you’re running it into a clean pedal platform amp or into the frontend of an overdriven tube amp, the Diamondhead provides the flexibility and tonal clarity to authentically capture the sound that defined an era. It all starts with the drive – from breathy and raw medium gain sounds to screaming high-gain harmonics, Diamondhead is deep and three-dimensional, with clarity and touch response. Three powerful active EQ controls maximize the potential of the gain section. A tightly defined bass control boosts and cuts at 80 Hz, with surgical precision – making the low end huge, but never muddy. A broader mid-range control set right at 800 Hz allows for massive scooped chunk, hyper aggressive modern attack, and everything in between. And the Treble control, set at 6 kHz, adds sizzle, cut, and attack. The SAT Switch (based on our 805 Overdrive) adds a 24dB pre-gain boost that tightens up the low end for more aggressive and defined attack. Subtly rolling off lows and highs, it allows the mid-range to cut through, creating chewy, harmonic saturation. Independent from the Drive section, the Boost (activated with the left footswitch) offers 0 to 15 dB of available gain and can be used as a lead boost or to push an amp on the edge into overdrive. Try using it with a slightly dirty amp as the first gain stage and adding the Drive section for your highest gain sounds. Diamondhead also shines as a pre-amp. By running it into the effects return of your tube amp, or in front of our PowerStage power amps you’ll be rewarded with a hot-rodded high gain amp tone with body, bite, and character. If you’ve gone through a pile of overdrives, distortions, and boost pedals searching for that quintessential 80s metal or hard rock tone and haven’t been satisfied, make Diamondhead the heart of your rig – versatile enough to handle any covers set, precise enough to surgically dial in your own tone – it captures the rock n roll spirit of a high gain head pushed to the edge. Note: Power supply sold separately.

Seymour Duncan Polaron Analog ...

Seymour Duncan - Polaron Analog Phase Shifter Pedal Deep, musical phase shifting—with an all-analog signal path coupled with state-of-the-art digital control, delivering classic swirls, futuristic vortices, auto-wah vocalizations, and much more. Analog phase shifters have been a huge part of the soundtrack to our lives. Their swirly, dreamy, spacey sounds can take a normal tone and transform it into something otherworldly. Some phasers are super-simple one-knob affairs, others are more complex machines. The Polaron is the perfect blend of instant-gratification simplicity and deep, feature-rich sound design.  The soul of the Polaron is its adjustable 2– to 16–stage analog filter array, which provides an amazing range of phaser tones—from subtle pulses to radical sweeps, with rotary, vocal, and flange-type sounds along the way. In addition to Depth and Rate controls, the Tune and Resonance knobs allow you to further tailor your phase shifter effects. This 100% analog signal path delivers beautiful, warm sound quality, but we didn’t stop there. The Polaron also features a totally separate digital processor to control LFO and envelop follower functions, for maximum flexibility plus the ability to save and store presets.   In LFO mode, the Polaron can be operated like a traditional phaser, manually adjusting the controls. You can also use the Tap Tempo function to sync the phasing to the groove. Engaging ENV mode lets your pick attack govern how the Polaron reacts, for a dynamic, interactive phase experience. Auto wah, talk box, and robot voices are all right there, along with more understated colors and textures.  When you discover a great sound in the Polaron (which you will again and again), it’s easy to save it as a preset that you can recall at any time. This feature allows you to experiment, explore, and create, safe in the knowledge that you won’t lose yesterday’s or today’s favorite envelope, depth, rate, and tune settings.   The Polaron Analog Phase Shifter—Any pedal can shift phase. This one can shift your perspective.  Like all Seymour Duncan pedals, Polaron was dreamed, designed, and built right here in the US, and features true-bypass switching.

Seymour Duncan Powerstage 200 ...

6.450,-

PowerStage 200 is an elegant, compact, and loud pedalboard-mounted power amp for players who use modeling devices, stompboxes, or a combination of the two. It has all the features you need—reliable, clean power, switchable EQ, speaker simulation, and Aux In and headphone capabilities—to be the perfect gig, rehearsal, and studio tool. Like the PowerStage 170 and 700, the PowerStage 200 retains the hallmark characteristics of the PowerStage family—providing a platform that brings out the best qualities of your tone. Compact, clean, organic, and reliable power sits at the core of PowerStage family—once again, the PS200 delivers on that promise. Loud enough to match your drummer and fill a venue of just about any size, the PowerStage 200 provides clean, reliable amplification, and tons of headroom to let your pedals or modeler shine. Like the PS170, we wanted to build a powerful pedal amp voiced specifically for guitar that players could mount directly on their pedalboard or toss in their gig bag. The width of the PS200 is about a thumb width larger than two standard pedals. A tube amp of similar power and wattage would require a second trip to your van and its own flight case. Moreover, the size of the PS200 makes fly dates a breeze and saves you money on cartage fees. A clean (headroom) guitar amp is the best solution if you want to get the most from your pedals and modeling gear. Many tube amps break up too early, making it difficult to dial in a pristine, clean platform for your pedals (especially at higher volumes). Moreover, if you use modelers like a Kemper, Helix, or Axe FX, any unwanted distortion can ruin your carefully crafted patches. The PowerStage 200 addresses these concerns by providing you with 200 watts of crystal-clear power. But don’t get confused—crystal-clear power does not mean sterile or lacking in depth. The PS200 has a beautiful warmth and smoothness that will give you all the dimension and organic feel of a great tube amp. Another challenge when using a tube amp is that they tend to have a certain “sweet spot” that you can only achieve at higher volumes. The PS200, however, has a rich tone throughout the entire volume range. So, from bedroom shredding to arena rocking, your tone will stay consistent without any loss in depth or warmth. Think of the PS200 as having one large sweet spot. The PS200 features two ¼” speaker outputs, allowing you to run multiple cabinets. And, since impedance matching is done internally, you never have to worry about speaker impedance—just plug in and play. The PS200 is slightly more powerful than the PS170 and differs a bit in its feature set. After listening to our customers and consulting with many of the biggest names in the industry, we narrowed down a feature set for the PS200 that is simple but flexible. We noticed that many guitar players perform in a variety of unpredictable venues. To minimize uncertainty, we included a cab sim (4×12 closed-back) with a DI (XLR) output jack. You can send your tone to front of house or to a monitoring system free of mic bleed or unwanted noise typical in traditional mic setups. What you get is your pure tone in any environment. We included independent bypass switches for both the cab sim and EQ. This feature makes silent recording more flexible. When you bypass the cab sim you can use your own cab sim or IR device, which can expand your pallet of great cab tones to pair with the PS200. Bypassing the EQ section, you can pass the tonal shaping duties off to your modeling device or preferred EQ shaping tool. To bring out more high-end sparkle we added a presence control giving you a total of 4 bands of EQ on the PS200. The presence knob is also a great tool to tame any harsh digital artifacts found in some modelers. Aux In allows you to jam along with drum grooves, backing tracks, or your favorite albums while practicing at home or in a hotel room on the road. Just plug in your music player or computer audio and practice silently with full, speaker-emulated tone. Aux In is also a great tool during rehearsals when you need to review a part or practice without disturbing your band mates. The ¼” headphone jack has its own volume control located on the top of the amp. The PowerStage 200—compact, musical power for pedals, modelers, and much more. Like our award-winning pedals, the PowerStage 200 is designed and assembled at our Santa Barbara, California, factory by the same team responsible for our legendary pickups.

Advanced Stereo Compressor Pedal - with PSU The Atlas Compressor offers a comprehensive collection of compression circuits that perfectly capture the tone and feel of the industry’s most sought-after compressors. Straight out of the box, Atlas delivers six different styles of compression, based on classic stompbox compressors as well as high-end rack units like the snappy 1176 compressor and the smooth and gentle LA2A optical compressor. Atlas also features advanced dual-band compression, which provides an independent set of controls for both the high and low frequencies. Each compression engine has onboard controls for Threshold, Ratio, Attack, Release, Output, Tone, and Blend, allowing for fine-tuned control over the compact One Series hardware. The Atlas is packed with so many different types of compression that it could serve as a tour guide through the history of compressor equipment.  First stop: classic stompbox squashers such as the legendary the Dan Armstrong Orange Squeezer and the ever-present Dyna Comp.  Next stop: universal and ubiquitous studio rack gear like the smooth and gentle LA2A optical compressor and the ultra-responsive 1176 FET compressor.  Finally, we’re taking you to all-out nerd territory with Peak, RMS, VCA, and Dual compression, and an onboard Expander circuit… the Atlas has it all and does it well. OPTICAL RACK The Optical Rack compressor engine is based on the legendary LA2A studio opto compressors from the early 60s. Optical compression controls its output level with light. Increasing the incoming audio level in the original units caused an electro luminescent panel to shine brighter. A photo resistor monitors that light panel and decreased the audio output level, as the panel got brighter. The result is a very smooth and gentle attack that imparts a full-bodied and natural sound on guitar, bass, or vocal. This compressor sounds great with clean strummed or arpeggiated guitar lines as well as acoustic guitars. Elite engineering cannot be rushed... "Offering up a deep library of compression options in a pedal is a landmark technical achievement.  We started working on compression in 2007.  At the time we developed some straightforward, high-end studio stuff that made it into the original Multiwave a year later.  The research project to branch out and cover more simple classic pedal sounds and create a dedicated compression pedal was delayed, because the intricacies of how transistors behave in compression circuits was especially elusive.  After ten years of additional research, new thinking, and more experience, we are finally ready to launch a landmark pedal: The Atlas Compressor.  From classic rack studio units, to classic pedals of many flavors, and even to the experience of high-end computer plug-ins, Atlas covers all the bases with attention to detail that is the hallmark of our development team.  Bob Chidlaw, Jesse Remignanti, and Christopher Venter worked long and hard on this one and I'm excited to finally share it with the rest of the world."
