Wampler - Brad Paisley OD Brad Paisley er et riktig tungvekternavn i moderne Country musikk. Brad og Brian Wampler har gjennom årene hatt en hel del sammarbeid som blandt annet resulterte i en overdrivepedal som Brad synes låter veldig lik hans Trainwreck forsterker. It's true, at a gig Brian once threw a modified pedal at the feet of Brad Paisley in the hope that he would pick it up and try it. Fortunately for us, and you, Brad’s tech picked it up, played it - digged it and gave it to Brad who took it away and LOVED it. From that point on, he has used and loved Wampler Pedals. After a few years of using our pedals (Ego, Underdog and Faux AnalogEcho) Brad’s tech at the time, Chad, mentioned to Brian that Brad wasn’t 100% content with his tone and maybe we should all work together to make the perfect overdrive for Brad to record and tour with. His requirements were quite "simple"… it needs to be clean but get crunchy with some "beef" to it. It needs to have a fluid tone when soloing. It needs to add a little hair to the tone but then but then has to be able to give flat out ball busting gain, oh… but please do not wreck the tonality. It needs to have everything, in a pedal format, but do not make it sound like a pedal! Over a period of months, Brian made some circuits and sent them off, there were a couple of "tweaks" here and there to be made and then finally, when official "prototype v2.0" landed, it went straight into the live rack and out on the 2010 "Brad Paisley: H20" world tour. Brad Paisley: "…we actually recorded this (pedal) in the studio, you know, trying it out. I turned up a Trainwreck Amp that I’ve got and compared the sound of the distortion and it was very, very similar. And that’s a very good test because any time a pedal can mimic a great overdriven amp then you’re on to something…"

Denne gang gikk man utifra en TS10 som i seinere tid har blitt umåtelig populær. Dessuten er det Brians favoritt TS krets. Det har blitt lagt til et par ekstra funksjoner, en Voice switch og en Fat switch.　 The original Ibanez® Tube Screamer® is one of the most emulated circuit designs of all time and has been pushing amplifiers since it was first released in the late 1970s. While many companies create 808/TS9 style pedals, the TS10® was always a favorite of Brian’s. Capable of anything from light boost to a gritty drive that can send an amplifier into heavily overdriven tones, the Moxie is an ultra-flexible, wonderfully warm and rich pedal but with an extra bite. In addition to the standard controls, Brian has added two unique switches. The Voice switch adds clarity by changing the entire EQ associated with this design giving it a more transparent yet robust tone. The Fat switch adds an extra dimension of gain with a custom MOSFET clipping stage, reminiscent of a classic high-end boutique amp. Andy Wood is recognized as one of this generation’s most influential guitarists: he spent most of his childhood playing and competing in festivals and touring the bluegrass circuit with his cousin and grandfather; by the age of 22 he demonstrated his outstanding electric guitar skills being crowned champion of Guitar Center’s "Guitarmageddon" competition. Andy has toured professionally with a wide range of acts including Rascal Flatts, Gary Allan, Locash, Scott Stapp, and Sebastian Bach. Andy Wood has totally blurred the lines of preconceived genres with his most recent album, "Junktown", a masterpiece of different guitar styles and progressive southern inspired fusion. Junktown was recorded with a prototype of what is now the Wampler Gearbox Andy Wood Signature Overdrive. Channel 1 (based on the legendary Tumnus) is a perfect addition to any board setup and any playing style.
