Shubb C6B Capo for Dobro

670,-

Unlike other Dobro capos that attach only to the strings, the Shubb clamps solidly to the neck to provide great tone. It uses the same patented locking action of our Shubb guitar capo, and it aligns by touching the fret, not by eye, making it fast and accurate. This is the best capo ever put on a resophonic guitar. It is NOT for use on Weissenborn style guitars with hollow necks, because their necks are too deep and too fragile.
Shubb C8B Partial Capo Drop D ...

380,-

C8B Høyner alle strenger utenom bass-strengen. Messing. Skips the sixth string (low E) and covers the other five, emulating a drop-D tuning. Applied from above the neck (from the bass side), it cleanly skips the bass string and centers solidly on the neck while capoing the other five strings. While it is possible to accomplish the same thing on many necks using our one of our regular capos, they need to be applied from the treble side, off-center to avoid the bass string. Many users prefer to apply the capo from the bass side. This capo is designed to be applied from the bass side, with a step built in to skip over the bass E string, and it centers properly for improved stability.

Shubb FS er ein genial liten capo for f.eks. femte banjostreng. Tilbud gjelder kun 1 stk. på lager! SHUBB FS Fifth String Capo for Banjo The Shubb Fifth String Capo for Banjo This was the product that got it all started for us back in 1974, and to this day it's STILL the only fifth string capo worth putting on a banjo. It operates on a lever principle, not a spring, so it provides sufficient pressure to fret the string without muting the tone. It slides on a slim, dovetailed bar which mounts flush to the neck, making it sturdy and unobtrusive. Originally, our fifth string capo bar was eight inches long, and attached to the banjo neck with three mounting screws. A few years ago we remodeled the bar, a change which I'd long considered. I personally never capo the fifth string any higher than the tenth fret (this would go along with the regular capo being at the fifth fret). So for my own banjo, I made a custom bar which was much shorter (5.75"). This shorter bar is now our standard size. Besides taking up less space on the neck (for you fellow thumb-wrappers), it offers the additional advantage of using only TWO mounting screws instead of three. If you feel that you want to be able to capo all the way up to the thirteenth fret, the original eight inch, three-screw bar is still available. The price is the same.
Shubb S2 DLX Capo for ...

S2 Classic Nylon. For rett gripebrett. SHUBB S2 DLX CAPO Classical Nickel S2 — for classical guitar. 2.25" wide, flat fretboard. Crafted of solid stainless steel to resist nicks and scratches, this capo will look just as beautiful years from now as it does today. When the Shubb Capo was first introduced in 1980, capos were elevated to a whole new level. In 1998 the Shubb Deluxe pushed the envelope again. Many people thought that the original Shubb could not be improved, but with the Deluxe we introduced upgrades in materials, design, geometry and ergonomics. It became the flagship product of our line. Still made in our shop in Missouri and assembled by our crew in California, as it always has been. Roller mechanism The roller mechanism equalizes the dropoff across the full range of the capo. Because the roller head adjusts upward on an arc (as opposed to a straight line) it moves inward toward the center curve of the middle piece of the capo as it is tightened - so it does not move further past center when it is set tighter. This maintains a relationship between the moving parts that results in the same, ideal amount of dropoff at any point within the capo's working range. So you get the ideal amount of dropoff on a thin neck, on a thick neck, and all those in between... and on different parts of the same neck. intonation>/b> Any capo can casually advertise that it "doesn't put the guitar out of tune," but we really mean it, and we take it very seriously! Of course, to even begin to address tuning issues, a capo must be totally adjustable. This narrows the field a bit, but Shubb is not the only adjustable capo. So what makes a Shubb so special? When we developed our capo, our main job was to minimize or eliminate the need for retuning. We accomplished this by designing 1. a unique material that acts just like your fingertip 2. a patented closing action that works exactly like your hand 3. a one-time adjustment that provides the ideal pressure every time.
